Esther Streeper of Bismarck, formerly of Max, Benedict and Ryder, will celebrate her 90th birthday at an open house Saturday, Oct. 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Primrose Apts., 1144 College Drive, in Bismarck. Her family will host the event. They request no gifts.
