Ashley Richter and Jesse Atkinson announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Lance and Denise Richter, Beulah, and Dean and Shelley Atkinson, Oakes.
She graduated from Dickinson State University with an associate's degree in legal administration. He graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton with associate's degrees in construction building and in construction management.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 23, at 5 p.m. in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Hazen. A reception and dance will follow in the GrandView Steakhouse & Lounge in Beulah. No invitations are required for the dance at 8:30 p.m. in the GrandView.
