Karla Smetana and Bryan Escobedo announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Paul and Nadia Smetana, Lansford, and Juan and Jan Escobedo, Boise, Idaho.
The couple lives in Boise, where she works as a registered nurse for St. Luke's Medical Center and he works as a senior project manager for a software and services company.
A Saturday, Oct. 2, wedding and reception is planned at 4 p.m. at the Bridge Event Center in Boise.
