Andrea Severson and Chris "CJ" Koppang Jr. announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Mark and Laurie Severson, Minot, and Chris and Doreen Koppang, Bismarck.
She graduated from Minot High School and attended Bismarck State College. She is employed as a manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar in Minot.
He graduated from Hazen High School and is employed as the assistant manager at Badlands Grill House and Saloon in Minot.
A private wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 4, at 5 p.m. in the Gol Stave Church in the Scandinavian Heritage Park in Minot. The reception and dance will follow in the Sleep Inn and Suites in Minot. Invitations are required for the ceremony and dinner. No invitations are required for the dance at 8:30 p.m. in the Sleep Inn and Suites.
