Access to and from U.S. Highways 2 & 52 is now available at both the 20th Avenue and 13th Street Southeast intersections, which are part of an ongoing improvement project.
A portion of 13th Street Southeast, north of the highway, remains closed and alternate routes for northbound travel on 13th Street are available from marked routes. Motorists also should note that:
-Full access east or west on 20th Avenue Southeast is now available.
-18th Avenue Southeast, east of 13th Street to 17th Street, is closed.
-The 18th Avenue Southeast and 13th Street Southeast intersection remains open.
-17th Street S.E. is open.
-13th Street S.E. south of the highway remains closed.
