Destrie Ce Marsland and Mark Douglas McMillan were married July 21 in a backyard ceremony at their country home near Wall, S.D. Their parents are David and Kimberlee Marsland, Minot, and Casey and Marlene McMillan of Wall.
Attendants for the couple were Eric McMillan of Wall and Kimberlee Marsland, Minot. Also attending were all of their parents and their grandparents, Sylvia Melby, Minot, and Helen McMillan and Cliff and Bev Anderson, all of Murdo, S.D.
Destrie is from Burlington and graduated from Minot High School and from the South Dakota Law Enforcement Academy in Pierre, S.D. She owns and operates Blissful Beginnings Wedding and Event Planning and Decorating in Minot and Wall.
Mark graduated from Philip High School in Philip, S.D., and serves in the South Dakota Army National Guard. He is employed by Hildabrandt Concrete of Wall.
