Boone and Clare Kupcho of Hazen announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Kupcho, to Kevin Mehrer, the son of Deb Haaland and Dean Mehrer of Minot.
She graduated from Hazen High School in 2007. She is attending Minot State University full time and is studying art education. She works at Easter Seals in Minot as a direct support professional.
He graduated from Minot High School in 2006. He is in his senior year at Minot State University and is studying public relations. He is currently employed at the Minot Daily News as a sports writer.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 21, in First Presbyterian Church in Minot.
