Raymond and Judy Roth of Elgin, formerly of the Minot-Burlington area, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house Saturday, July 24, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Elgin Community Center in Elgin. Their children, Ricky Roth, Highland, Ill., and Penny Turner, Midlothian, Va., and their families will host the event. The couple has four grandsons.
