Ray and Jan Norsby of Rugby celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner July 9 at First Lutheran Church in Rugby. The dinner was for family and friends and was hosted by their daughters, Shelly Heilman, Bismarck; Janelle Rasmussen, St. Paul, Minn.; and their son, Kevin Norsby. Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Janet Johnson and Raymond Norsby were married April 15, 1960, at Mouse River Lutheran Church, rural Landa. He is a retired teacher and she is the secretary at First Lutheran Church in Rugby.
