Tina Laber and Edward Tichy II announce their engagement. Their parents are Shelly Laber, Minot, and Ben Laber, Velva, and Diana Tichy, Oakdale, La., and the late Edward Tichy.
She is employed at the Rockin' Horse in Minot. He is employed by Farroh Roof and Truss in Minot.
A private wedding will take place this summer.
