Felecia Farrell and Marcus Harrell announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Dwight "Chipper" and Renee Farrell, Minot, and Michael and Lorraine Harrell, Seattle.
She gradated from North Dakota State University in Fargo and is a preschool teacher. He graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., and is an academic adviser and opportunity grant coordinator at Cascadia Community College in Bothell, Wash.
The couple will be married Saturday, Aug. 7, in Fargo. The couple resides in Seattle.
