Shaila Holt and Tyler Harris announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Leo and Shirley Holt and Steve Harris and Kathy Steig, all Minot.
She graduated from Minot High School in 2004 and from Headquarters Academy of Hair Design in Minot in 2007. She currently is employed at JC Penney Salon and Trinity Nursing Home, both in Minot.
He graduated from Minot High School in 1999 and is employed at I. Keating Furniture World in Minot.
The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21 in First Baptist Church in Minot with a dinner reception to follow the ceremony. The dance will be at 8 p.m. in The Vegas Motel in Minot.
