Stephanie Billing and Jordan Torgerson were married Sept. 19 in First Lutheran Church in Minot. Their parents are Russell and Tracy Billing, Minot, and Miles and Ann Torgerson, Fremont, Neb., and Paulette Torgerson, Surrey.
