ROLLA Wesley Sylvester Bykonen, 95, Rolla, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, in a Rolette nursing home.

He was born Nov. 2, 1913, to Iver and Anna Bykonen in Mount View Township, Towner County. He married Senia Huovinen on May 16, 1934, in Mount View Township, Towner County.

Survivors: sons, Ronald, of Rolla, Robert, Grand Forks; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral: Saturday, 10 a.m., Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rolla.

Burial: Mount View Cemetery, Towner County.

Visitation: Today, 5 to 7 p.m., in Elick Funeral Home, Rolla.
