Alvin and Evvy Hall of Bottineau will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house Sunday, Sept. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Metigoshe Christian Center at Lake Metigoshe, near Bottineau. They will renew their vows at 2:30 p.m., along with a short program. Their family is hosting the event. The couple requests no gifts.
Alvin Hall and Evvy Dahlberg were married Feb. 21, 1960, in Nordland Church, rural Lake Metigoshe. The couple have made their home in Bottineau, where they own and have operated Hall's Tesoro Service Station for 47 years.
