The public is invited to attend an irrigation field tour that will be held July 30 at the North Dakota State University Nesson Valley Research and Demonstration project, located approximately 24 miles east of Williston on Highway 1804. Hosted by the Williston Research Extension Center, the tour will begin at 9 a.m. and will address topics such as crop rotational studies, water management, current research projects, crop variety trials and crop opportunities. The free tour will conclude with lunch at noon.
