MINOT (AP) - The American Birding Association is holding a conference in Minot.
The event starts today and runs through Friday. About 100 birders from Canada and the U.S. are expected to attend.
Field trips will visit three of North Dakota's national wildlife refuges - Lostwood, Des Lacs and J. Clark Salyer. Guided excursions also will be made to the Turtle Mountains and Garrison Dam.
