BEULAH Emil Frank, 87, Beulah, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, in a Bismarck hospital.

He was born March 4, 1921, to Phillip and Ottilia Frank, north of Dodge. He was inducted in the Army Jan. 15, 1945, and served in the South Pacific and Japan during World War II and was discharged Nov. 13, 1946. He married Elizabeth Keller June 2, 1944.

Survivors: sons, Clyde, Dickinson, Bob, Washburn, Walter, Lake Park, Iowa, Dwight, Beulah; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Erna Link, Olympia, Wash., Hilda Flegel, Bismarck, Elsie Pfenning, Hebron; brothers, Elmer, Palm Desert, Calif., Wilbert, Lompoc, Calif.

Funeral: Saturday, 10 a.m. MST, Concordia Lutheran Church, Beulah.

Burial: Beulah City Cemetery.

Visitation: Today, 6 to 8 p.m. MST, Seibel Funeral Home, Beulah.
