The few highly publicized spills aren't nearly as big as the acres of dead land normally found next to every pad over time.

In the end, the current "statesmen" of ND will b less welcome than rove or cheney. As oil supplies go up and gas use goes down, the price of gas goes up. It ain't supply and demand. It is command and control by the anti regulation folks.
