In 84/85 canada asked if we were waffling on paying on their dams. The answer was a haughty "no". Relationships r based on trust and u broke that. We r watching u like a great horned owl on a titmouse. U b the titmouse. Then there is the age old minot problem. Give me an event center and a flood. Give me a rec center and a flood. How about give us flood control. It would b like leutefisk without guilt.

The bridge to somewhere (that no 1 uses) over N. Bdwy. was a good observatory for our lake of 2011. I used 2 think it was worthless. Lake swindle, lake inhumanity, liars lake, leutefisk lake, HMS 26K FPS-- all possibles 4 the name the lake contest eh?
So those who wanted the curvey river had their way and it made us more flood prone. Then some encroached on the berms with trees etc. which cause some back up of the water--4 more flood prone. If the bulk of the twists and turns were bypassed, monitoring the berm for encroach ments would be simplified. The city and residents could just watch 5000 plus cfs flow by without jumping into action. The oak and roosevelt park loops must b bypassed 4 adequate flood control.
I don't know but anything Cindy Hemphill's name is attached to makes me cringe now.
So were is this money coming from? are you spending more CBG money? and we have zombie homes still standing, how do you sell BS if it is CBG Money.
