Sakakawea to exceed 2013 levels

This is year 6 of our 10 year wet cycle. If you have never seen the yellowstone/missouri water in the Sak, you should. Maybe go 4 a swim in july or Aug. Talk about high water--the 16th street underpass is a block from the river and we can't get it to quickly drain into the river? The 6th street underpass problem may finally b solved if the floodway is on it's north side--i hope. We have a valley that drains naturally but u would never know it from all our water problems.
