ALL OF THESE ISSUES AND STORIES ARE ACTUALLY OF MINOR IMPORTANCE. THE GIGANTAC ISSUE IS THAT MINOT IS SITTING ON A TICKING TIME BOMB FROM FLASH FLOOD AND THE RIVER AND THESE ISSUES HAVE GONE SILENT........

Wow. So former attorney asks if any action was taken on her notices that SHE sent out. Then we find out it appears SHE did them wrong and the process had to start all over? Whoops.
