Severe weather is when it is minus 27 degrees and the wind is blowing snow and there is no visibility.

A small tornado when it is 87 degrees outside is not severe weather, it might be and is dangerous, but not severe.

I feel I know and I feel I think that there NEVER was any of this 'extreme' weather before global warming came along.... some say they feel that is true.
