You cannot get good from bad people no matter how u arrange them. It is hard to get bad from good people no matter how u arrange them. Stop the pet projects and u have good control of the beast. Event Center and Rec. Center r on deck. Stop those because both r Corp. welfare. Stop MADC. Here, have some lutefisk.

Mr. Louser, you have nerve to write this article when you are the ones who do not want change and part of the broken system. I feel that there needs to be one alderman for each ward as even having 2 alderman nothing gets done for the people of each ward. In addition, the City Manager needs to stop copping attitude and do their job for the people and stop making excuses and stories (past and present). Also, I feel that MADC needs to go away.....Plus, City Planning Committee needs to not be appointed but voted upon. It is time in some ways to change the system. But Mr. Louser, you are part of the problem as well.
