In response to the recent firing of Minot City Attorney, Colleeen Auer, this petition is meant to give a voice to concerned community members who want to see more progress in Flood Recovery & Prevention in the Souris River Valley.

Colleen Auer was fired for responding to the people of this community who want to see "Zombie Homes" GONE or RESTORED. City Manager Cindy Hemphill called it 'insubordination'. We call it progress.

Good when Cindy Hemphill and the City goes to Court I hope they go down in FLAMES and Cindy goes to jail for breaking the law. Oh I forgot she said tonight she misspoke. Well my message to Cindy Hemphill is if you perjury yourself in court it is a CLASS C FELONY 5 YEARS IN PRISON for lying under oath.

obviously it's in the cronies best interest to keep the zombie homes to qualify for more CDBG money or whatever reasons.

Trade madc for an event center? neither meets the smell test--vote no. Corporate welfare is hungry and wants more of your money.

I guess she had a hard time working for winks, nods, inuendo, smoke, mirrors and let's not forget--leutefisk. While many ate the leutefisk, evacuees still loomed. Character counts--sounds like she was solo with it.

She's not fighting for her job, she's fighting the BS that took place. These "mafia" men are going to get what they deserve, set in their place.

Is this Russia? sure sounds like it. Auer was fighting for the homeowners who have had to put up with weeds/smell/rotting homes/ and no action, but she helped get the Ball rolling. Thanks! And I hope you win.
