MarkHighwater, you make such light of what occurred and the fact is Ili was in the wrong and he was the one throwing punches so he didn't get caught. Not the brightest thing to do but if anyone is wasting money, it is Ili. He was wrong to be carrying illegal drugs, he was wrong to be doing those drugs and he was wrong to beat up a police officer. I do not see where the City has any culpablity. "The Man" isn't the culprit in this case.
