Please forgive the MDN for this bizarre little article.

Apparently some joker brought some special brownies into the Tuesday pot luck lunch.

PJ, the only bizarre bit is your comment. Obviously, you have not driven the streets that were flooded 2 1/2 years ago. You have not smelled the smells, seen the debris, the abandoned structures; nor do you live next to a home that still has food in the unplugged refrigerator from June of 2011. Your comments showed your ignorance. Silence is golden and it also can save face. Landslide, arson is never the answer, but your frustration is duly noted and understood.

But disgusted those false houses that look rebuilt are not truly rebuilt as a lot of houses in NW Minot were not torn down to the studs...now how fair is this to the person who received water all the way to the roof and tore their house down to the studs and lives next door to somebody who didn't...that's where another problem lies with the smell and mold. Those people living in the house will get sick.....The city should have inspected these houses better.....
