We don't need a lobbyist, that's what our legislatures are for. How dumb another job made up for another for a firm hiring for a city manager...what a crock of #####....You need to really reexamine your city and decide to restructure the mayor's job to being full time, put more people into work to help Donna Bye with Development and break her job down into different jobs so that everybody gets a fair deal on developments and hearings and ensure hearings are being consistent, in addition, you need to decide if the MADC should be turned into another venture for economic opportunities for the city to include schools as other communities do including putting enough money aside for tuition how crazy is this....and this same community the mayor plays a real role in the City and not just pick and choose projects, this community's current mayor shares in all of the community's don't see that here. In addition, do we really need 2 alderman for each ward

Vote No this week or next Tuesday, tell your alderman it is time to shut down madc. Tell your alderman it is time to start digging for flood control. We r 3 years from 2011 and have not turned a shovel on a path 4 the flood water.

Would b nice to hire someone to do your job 4 u on the tax dollar. Just hire 2 Minot State grads; one as lobbyist and one as city manager. We don't need a mystery man from missouri or arkansas to look after the city. Cindy could advise them and we would b very satisfied with that. We need someone who knows the city to run it--not some carpet bagger.
