And to finish my comment, this firm maybe needs to advise the city on how to be better efficient.......

We don't need a lobbyist, that's what our legislatures are for. How dumb another job made up for another flunkee....as for a firm hiring for a city manager...what a crock of #####....You need to really reexamine your city and decide to restructure the mayor's job to being full time, put more people into work to help Donna Bye with Development and break her job down into different jobs so that everybody gets a fair deal on developments and hearings and ensure hearings are being consistent, in addition, you need to decide if the MADC should be turned into another venture for economic opportunities for the city to include schools as other communities do including putting enough money aside for tuition even.....now how crazy is this....and this same community the mayor plays a real role in the City and not just pick and choose projects, this community's current mayor shares in all of the community's aspects...you don't see that here. In addition, do we really need 2 alderman for each ward
