I honestly think it's time for the City to restructure itself with a full time mayor, full time employees for each division from planning to finances to merging the Community Foundation with the MADC and drop the tax dollars of from MAGIC Fund in addition it's time to get rid of these volunteer committees and get more dollars and fairness for all of our needs here in Minot. Other communities similar to Minot do it why can't Minot?
