Set up surveillance cameras at this site. Perhaps the news of the find hasn't hit some of the perpetrators yet.

If animals can be tagged and tracked, so can filter socks.

Tag each and every filter sock that is to be used in ND, so they can be tracked to the original owner.

People need to be held accountable, so we as a state must make it so.

Just like a classroom - the bad ones make it hard on everyone.
