There are problems all over Minot with the standing water issue including Puppy Dog's time the water board steps up and does something about it.......

I wonder....was this a slough before it was made into a housing area? Our son unknowingly bought a home in West Fargo that was built on a slough. He had nothing but water problems till he moved. Not enough thought is given to where homes are built, including along the Mouse river. We moved to our home 38 yrs ago to escape the flood plain. Well, we flooded anyway. Mostly thanks to the huge*****across Broadway.

Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy would be a good place to start. As far as the rest Good Luck. If they don't live there it's not a high priority on their List............
