We in the Souris valley could get the same news from more snow or rain. A good reminder of why we need to make flood control our no. 1 priority. No event center, no hockey, no MADC, no MSU perpetual construction, no nothing but absolute necessities until we have adequate flood protection. Yes it is pricey but how much have we wasted since since 1969 without flood control?
