And for the kids who don't know what E-cigs are I'm sure there will be a million dollar ad on TV that will introduce them to E-cigs and show them how to operate an E-cig.

Before the feds sent money down the line to spend on cig ads there wasn't any special promotions for the kids.

My nephew got caught by his mom he had 4 E cigarettes in his dresser and he is 15. Then she went to his school and found them in his locker as well. He told his mom that his friend has them too and his mom doesn't care because she smokes real cigarettes and she said Electric cigarettes are safer and he is 15 as well. I feel some parents care and some don't about their kids.
