The wells in Bottineau county have flared for fifty years, in Texas they would put the gas in a tank and truck it if it didn't pay to put a pipe in the ground. If the voters would flare off a couple secure politicians, things might change, until then it's burn, Baby, burn; spill, Baby, spill.

His case says too much noise, trucks etc. for his neighborhood. Red meat 4 those who don't want the keystone XL on their property.

Good article until the last sentence which is horse flop. Flaring is not allowed in texas--but it was/is in ND because we favored business over the environment or waste of NG. If there r enough workers 2 drill there r enough to install gas pipe.
