They can only bond for 20 years making the payments close to 1.4 million a year. Figure in an estimated 58.3% taxable valuation increase to make the figures work, reminds me of the old saying "Figures never lie, but lairs figure!!!"

They have also failed to mention that they are estimating taxes off of a housing development that doesn't even exist at this point. Not o mention that the $10 million state loan isn't available to them UNLESS, those schools, who's bond votes failed, have to give their loan money back. I'm tired of hearing how rich a district Nedrose is, yet they want the money to come from us tax payers.
