There is nothing in the least bit funny about the thousands of children massacred in schools, theaters and malls.

First graders are not "acceptable losses" or "trade-offs" for your perceived Constitutional rights. Children have rights too -- namely, the right not to be gunned down by you.

It is not a laughing matter.

If and when it happens to your family member or loved one, you will finally understand that. Of course, by then -- it will be too late.

When others pass laws, it's intrusion from the nanny state.

When we pass laws, we're doing the work of The Lord God Almighty.

No one under the legal smoking age should ever use an electronic cigarette. Adults that do not smoke should not use an electronic cigarette. I was a smoker for 27 years. I made many attempts to quit during that time. I used the patch, the gum, the lozenge, and will power. On December 17, 2010 I purchased an electronic cigarette and I have been a non smoker since that very first puff. My health has improved as well. I no longer suffer from sinus infections, ear infections or the constant chest congestion I became used to having. I can climb many flights of stairs without getting winded as well. I believe if it were not for the electronic cigarette, I would have been a smoker for the rest of my life. Dying a painful, perhaps horrific death. But more important than that, I am not killing the people around me anymore. I have seen 100’s of people in my own community switch from cigarettes to electronic cigarettes with the same results.

When I was 12 years old, or something like that, my Mother would give me 35 cents and I would go to go to the store to buy her cigarettes.

In the days when freedom existed in this now godforsaken totally enslaved country.

Who stole America's freedom from her? The US gov did! We will fee you and law you to death, and it did.

Make no mistake about it, eeeee cigarettes stink to high heaven too.

They're worse than tobacco, they deliver pure nicotine. If anything should be banned, it should be e-cigarettes. They're bad, worse than anything. A concentrated dangerous substance like nicotine in a liquid form will kill you in minutes. 2 drops on the tongue of pure nicotine and it will be certain death. Ban e-cigarettes completely.

Tobacco is taxed by the State of North Dakota, it is not going to go away. The State of North Dakota is not going to lose money on decreased tobacco sales, not a chance.
