I've also seen kids simply walk up and push the button and continue to walk out daring traffic to make contact. At that age there should be some common sense and personable responsability. Bottom line...the yellow flashing light does not stop the car. Just because on lane stops there are still 3 more to navigate?? Maybe a "common core math problem" could be applied here?
