4 most of us the home we live in is a necessity and does not make money except as an element of our final estate. Business property is 4 the purpose of making money. Business is free to raise prices as their costs go up. 4 those reasons i support abolishing property tax on non-business homes only. We r witnessing in western nd what business can do to the homeowner and especially those on fixed incomes. Most business benefits from our oil boom. Too many homeowners do not. The homestead tax credit is a good thing but the income level limit is far too low.
