If you shut me down, please tell me how you accomplished this. As for insurmountable challenge that would be you trying to complete the obstacle course in boot camp. I put you and Willygarr/canook in the same category of wannabee veterans. Talk all you want it takes money to buy wiskey..

Did the Whistler go back to VietNam? He seems pretty quiet after I shut him down for making threats against me. Same with ndvetrn. Good night, fellas... It appears to us that the intellectual challenge was insurmountable for these boys.

Peace and Semper Fidelis...

A new national report to be released by the NAACP Saturday gives Holland’s James De Young coal-fired plant a environmental justice grade of ‘F.’ The report analyzes toxic emissions and demographic factors including race, income and population density to calculate “environmental justice scores” for the nation’s 431 coal-fired power plants which are “significantly harmful to low-income communities and communities of color.”

“The threat to change Senate rules is a raw abuse of power and will destroy the very checks and balances our founding fathers put in place to prevent absolute power by any one branch of government,” - Sen Reid 2005

So, the opinion was about a nuclear waste facility that the people of Nevada don't want. But, lets throw in coal and the pipeline because that is what really riles up the wingers. Stoke them up and treat them like mushrooms.

I guess that we should not make the new coal fired plants energy plants efficient or upgrade the old plants. Well, this sounds like Big OIl.... "We cannot build refineries"... but, MDU and MHA can. The coal plants in ND are ok, why cannot the rest be that way. Maybe the wingers should start being honest about this instead of listening to the industry propaganda.

Another opinion article based on the right wing talking points. Yea, more food for the illiterate tea party wanna be's in the state. I am glad they did not get factual as that would really stump the wingers on the blog like loco, animal, whistler, and others. That oil pipeline? Yea, import--no. We get nothing but the trouble and the trouble will be there. Research the problems with the southern pipeline being constructed. The oil is Dutch Shell's and will remain theirs from start to export to China. We get nothing out of 90% of the oil. We don't want that crappy oil. Lets keep the oil from the Bakken here and not exported to Canada.

A lot of government agency's don't follow the law. For example, the Minot City counsel didn't follow the law or the intent of the law when they dished out over 4 million dollars in grants just a few weeks ago to undeserving entities.
