Remember law's other problems

November 12, 2013

In a way, the train wreck that is the Obamacare website has been a godsend to the White House. It has distracted attention away from the national health care law’s many other flaws....

Actually Its more then a train wreck..its like someone (obama) dropped and atomic bomb on America..

The fallout will be felt from now till the end of eternity.

When a person runs for President and promises every law will be read line by line before he signs it.. well that person is a lying Son of a welfare mom.. When a sitting President says Obamacare will be broadcast live as it is being written on Cspan..He is the lying son of a welfare mom..

Funny you should mention it Veritas.. The last proposal from the Republicans was to delay Obamacare for one year in order to keep the Government open..

Obama refused..

Great campaign ads for 2014..

Obama would be looking fine right now if he had just paid attention and was not so dammmmm arrogant..

Had he HIMSELF actually taken 3 minutes out of a golf game and TRIED his websight he woulod have had some foresight..but thats way below his paygrade.. He got exactly what he deserved and I am not sure but what this was not a complete set up by people he has belittled in his own organization..

Here’s what the President said in 2009:

My guiding principle is, and always has been, that consumers do better when there is choice and competition. That’s how the market works. Unfortunately, in 34 states, 75 percent of the insurance market is controlled by five or fewer companies. In Alabama, almost 90 percent is controlled by just one company. And without competition, the price of insurance goes up and quality goes down.

The ACA was prompted by high costs, cancelled policies, lifetime limits, ins. co's. refusal to pay bills and etc. B4 the ACA policies were cancelled routinely, some would not be sold a policy and prices were out of control. It is a surprise the ACA was passed considering all resistance to it and lies told about it. Reform was wanted by the majority B4 the lies were told about it. Interesting nothing was said about cancelled plans by the right until notices were sent by Ins. co's. Proof no one knew what ins. co's. would do in response to the ACA.

The last minute change demanded by the right (with the debt ceiling deal) were measures to prevent unqualified people from taking advantage of the benefits offered by the ACA. It put a big demand on the website creators while giving the dems a reason for the delays on the site.

OK, just for Veritas...

"apologist" definition

n. A person who argues in defense or justification of something, such as a doctrine, policy, or institution

If one is an apologist for this administration, it means one argues in defense or justification of President Obama's administration and its actions.

"Kentucky's Kynect health insurance exchange has been cited as one of Obamacare's few bright spots for its apparently {sic} smoothness of operation, while the federal HealthCare.gov site has been a technological train wreck....

"Kentucky's exchange had enrolled a total of 40,572 people in new health coverage as of last Friday morning, with 33,561 of them enrolled in Medicaid, the joint federal-state insurance program for the poor. A total of 7,011 had enrolled in privately sold insurance through Kynect...."

Is this the way it's supposed to work?

Lawrence O'donnell said the original ACA law listed no fine or sentence for failure to comply--the writers of the law must not have wanted enforceable punishment. Yesterday he reminded his viewers of what he had said and repeated because of peculiar wording in the law there will still be no fines or punishment. And how many times did the right threaten such action--too many to count. Those junk policies were big money makers and swindlers die hard. We need a jobs program w/o meddling by the right. The economy would soar (proven by history) and we could minimize our deficit. We are currently practicing austere policies of the right and our struggling economy shows it. We are now allowing filthy open oil waste pits to continue to keep the drillers from moving to SD. It is good for them--how was it for u? Our oil guru should be paid by oil and not us.

Legand you passed Obamacare without one vote from the right.. How about you pass a jobs bill?

Rules don't apply to that do they..

Just rules to shaft the American people.

When will the left realize Obama wants you like the Uncle Sam Poster Uncle Sam wants you (your probaly all to young to remember it)

Obama wants you on welfare..He wants control of your life and if you have money he has no chance of bringing you down..

Obama wants everyone in the gutter bowing down to kiss his feet..

Like Hitler..

The cancelling of these millions of people's policies does have one positive.....that these people WILL have to look for insurance now, and very likely will contribute the numbers of enrollees in Obamacare.

No Tea 4 me. My son just figured out the Obama Plan. He doesn't know if he can keep his insurance or not. For his wife and his Child. That is what Obama put on top of buying their homes and every other bill. Guess what, my care is Grandfathered in. I will pay for his heathcare, minus Obama care. Until these United States can be truthful. You are a taker.
