much more interested in the amounts of wetlands destroyed, by farmers tilling, along with tree groves being pushed up and burnt!

looks like forest fires last time I went North.

All of the spills were already public record and now it will be easier to monitor the spills for those who are interested.

Oversight and honest reporting of spills is badly needed. If the EPA steps in and declares any of these spill sites superfund sites, the gazillions of dollars the state is hoarding could be eaten up by the cost of clean up.
