Amazing how much time the country spends on one complaint filed by one parent and even act like somehow it's the norm and complain about it.

Hey lefty, we could do it the Democrat way: Hardest working team earns points to have some taken away (a tax) and given to those who didn't work?

"Aledo High School coach Tim Buchanan benched his starters after 21 plays."

The coach even acted in good faith not to massacre the other side by putting in the JV. This complaint is utterly bogus.

I remember once when I was a freshman in high school. We played a hockey team against a school that was outmanned and outclassed. Even after we pulled the varsity and put in the JV, the game still ended 25-0. I've never seen anything like that in a hockey game.

sounds like the t party when they talk about our president or Obamacare. i agree there is something to learn there. i guess that is why the term "loser" is so powerful. bengazi news has bengazi back in the news. bengazi 4, iraq tens of thousands. in the early days of iraq, our supply trucks had no armor plating to protect the supply troops. B2 showed little respect for the safety of our troops.

Good point, Marvin51.

"Putting quotations around bimbo dusty...Google it...It is used more often to describe Sarah Palin than anything else..."

And that makes it appropriate?

How are we to set standards? Like we wanted to when we were in fourth grade?

"But Mom! Johnny's mom is letting him do it!"

I put that in quotes because we kids DID say it, and my mom's answer still rings in my ears...

"I am not Johnny's mom."

Veritas: "Now you want to c/p from dusty some idealized version of respect bigotry without bringing up queeg or ovomit or any other psudos we've become accustomed to...Get out of town you hipocrat!"

Like I've said (what seems like) innumerable times, the lefties on MDN are policing the righties very well. Why should I add anything to that chorus?

Now you see what happened here, folks? Because I did not agree with Veritas, in principle or otherwise, he does feel free to tell me to get outta town.

Yes, anyone can freely speak whatever he/she wants, within the guidelines that MDN itself sets, as it's MDN's forum.

FYI: I've had 4 posts bumped in my time as locomotive, and it's not brag when it's fact. I try and try to watch MY posts the most, because it's really, really hard to police everyone else.

Unless you're Veritas or one of his friends....or not.

Wasn't that "hipocrattical" of me to post this?

Republicans don't own this:

Merry Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy New Year!

I've said those words my whole life and will continue till the day I die.

willgrr, relax. I agree, no political party owns these.

Anyone who would try to censor folks from saying these phrases has a big problem.

"You need an ethics check loco..."

Thanks for the heartfelt opinion, Veritas, but I think I'll go this one alone...

Veritas: "Get out of town you hipocrat!"

DustOff: "Locomotive..yup, agree, again. When it DOES come to censorship WE can ALL turn to the little LIBS at the MDN."

Not only censorship, but shame and guilties if you don't play by the lib rules, at all times and in all ways.

Tolerance for some, not for all.

Whistler, you'd have to get up pretty early in the morning to tell me something new about Veritas that I hadn't already figured out.

Since I won't play nice, I'll be getting the full lib treatment.

Tolerance for some, not for all.
