The practice field at Edison school has a track too. Use it.

it is a lack of civic pride taught by our own city. "character counts" is taught in the schools but ignored by so many adults including city fathers. water contamination incidents, poor snow removal etc. p.s.: better check those pedestrian rules--i don't think they have the right of way without a light or marked crossing. i have seen both peds. and drivers show complete disregard for each other. i blame the city because they should set the example but instead they plow snow onto sidewalks and other walkways at will.

snow which we move many times during the winter because of the plows, but walkers and runners on the street with the traffic rather than against it has caused me angst many times. Following the law goes both ways. And the snow? What are we going to do about all the snow???? keep shoveling and blowing!

I agree but if you think it's bad now just wait until it snows and the city uses the sidewalks for snow storage.

Couldn't agree more. All I can add is if you see a situation about to take place and your about to get hit....go down, stay down and take em for all you can!!
