Souris River basin saturated heading into winter

yep this is much like the fall of 2010, if all this rain freezes into the dirt before it can migrate to the bottoms and get above average snow Minot is screwed again!!

soaking wet and are we concentrated on flood control? hardly! we are putting moey into MAYSA. this is how we flooded in past years and exactly how floods are made. it is more important to skate and eat lutefisk than prepare the floodway. amazing how we have money for fun and games but not flood control.

Water gates are closed on Hiway 14 by Upham, oh what the heck maybe them Federals were off work and left it closed to show us who is in charge of that structure.
