Minot Daily News readers should know that Mr. Cobb wasn't invited to the symposium. He attended as a member of the general public, as was his right. This was an open event that the public was invited to attend. Mr. Cobb was afforded the same opportunity that each audience had to state a question in 90 seconds. He chose to use his 90 seconds to make a statement. -- Peter Johnson, University of North Dakota
