You're always "just axing" -- but you never shut up long enough to hear the answers.

Dust, I am glad you are not afraid to ax what you don't understand. Yes, the double dipping, the triple dipping....in fact, ALL gift receiving is good. Even by Republicans. And the way my Democrat Party feels about it, it is a tool. A tool to possibly bring you, a Republican, into the left-think, into the Democrat Party. Come now, don't you feel even a single twinge of guilt for your triple dipping...maybe even just a little, in which you would re-pay for those gifts by voting for my Democrat Party at least just once? That is the name of our Democrat Party game....Gifts for Votes. And I'm glad you axed....

Dust, answering your axing....I feel the receiving of gifts from the government trumps all, even real service in our military. If someone chooses to 'enlist' just to receive the gifts of government, how can anyone dispute that need....not to say those that truly are there to serve don't deserve the utmost respect from all of us. But the need to receive gifts is well instilled in many of us....especially my Democrat Party comrades...forword...

RR must have thicker skin than you do, Veritas. He hasn't said a word yet.

But I do applaud you coming to his defense. See, you are not only overusing my comment, but you are actually performing the action of my comment.

Veritas will "defend any buffoon's right to say what he/she wants, as this is an MDN forum" subject to the MDN's discretionary bumpage.

RR, your posts are safe with Veritas.

examiner . com/article/sarah-palin-senator-ted-cruz-support-veterans-at-million-veterans-march?cid=rss

October 14, 2013

"Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin made a surprise visit at the WWII Memorial in the District of Columbia Sunday, along with Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and other politicians. They were there to support veterans during the federal government shutdown."

Well, the article says "veterans" and that Palin and Cruz were there. The only thing the article didn't say was "scumbags" when referring to Palin and Cruz.

Great editorializing there, RR. Not facts, just opinions.

If not drinking tea leads to wild speculation and slams of vets ala RR, I'll stay with what I'm drinking, willgrr.

Does anyone have PROOF that the vets weren't vets?

I feel I must agree with Rugby....the real veterans are Rugby and his anti-war people. Those that serve in our military, but fight the good fight to keep us out of EVERY war. As no war is a good war. That those that willingly fight for our freedoms, and freedoms worldwide are just shills. The real heros are the veterans like Rugby that make a career of our military, while at the same time, making it a peace-organization, a pacifist organization. And a 'jobs, jobs, jobs organization. And the gift of a pension is good for our economy, and a nice gift for our pacifist veterans.

In the early days of the Irag war, our mil. supply trucks had no armor plating. when divers refused to go--they were processed on. where was bengazi talk then? where was the hyper-concern for protection of our people. Obama did not vote for the war in Iraq--but he is still the bad guy in some minds. do you remember the number on the right who badgered Obama into taking action in Libya? at least be fair and name all of them--not just the Pres. has cheney volunteered for water boarding yet?

Good lord, bdgi, you are as nuts as the general. Watched TV? You are crazy. You only know what Rush and the idiots tell you. You need to blog on the sites in your state of residence and stay out of ND newspapers.

What a source you have there, bdgi, one of the craziest former military men in history. A birther and a person who thinks it would be easy to invade Iran. Nuts but also a paid commentator for Fox News. Another loser from the right.

Funny how the tea party people are military experts on the 4 dead in Benghazi -- but know nothing about the thousands and thousands they happily murdered in Iraq.

I too remember a video being blamed for the incident in Benghazi.

Has that ever been walked back? Or is the video still getting the blame?

The "blame game" is one thing this administration knows how to do very, very well, as also demonstrated by the administration apologists on this forum.

Good on ya...

There you go again, dusty, bloviating about things you know nothing about. Benghazi, Vladimar, Hilary, and just about everything else you bring up except ignorance of the topic and hatred. Good one on ya.

i would give up my right to bear arms to have our troops lost in iraq back. i would say now to bengazi news about B2 and Cheney stuff "what difference does it make" they did it, it's over". in comparison, Hillary is not a war monger like too many reds. if the aca is successful, bengazi talk may be out of business.

Yes, whistler, I can certainly see that Americans trust the Republicans more and their fine leadership: Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Boehnor, McConnell, Koch Brothers, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Cruz, Lee, etc. Yep, the public is sure behind your guys...haha The polls sure show us that??? Only in your small mind.

the daily Obama bash. i suppose we could it B2's way and start a war everywhere. the terrorist havens were terrorist havens under B2 also. our iraq fiasco was a good sales pitch for terrorists i am sure. payback is*****and the next "r" president may not survive the onslaught of accusations by the blues who will want a little getting even. no 911 under Obama should be celebrated not slammed. bengazi was not tens of thousands--it was 4.
