I feel like fishing for stupidity. Let's put out some bait. It's [insert political party]'s fault because [political leader] targets [class of citizens]. Have fun with your word play. Hopefully you don't rip my argument apart by addressing the individual responsible.

The Republican's finely honed culture of complaint, blame, hate and violence -- a culture that that North Dakotans dutifully vote for every time -- does not come without consequences.

The victim has to agree to press charges before there can be a conviction. I doubt that any city is as bad as Williston. I feel for all the people in Williston.

Lets just hope for every victim there is a convicted defendant. From what I understand ND has the weakest laws, protecting victims of both sexes, on the planet most likely, it's up to the plaintiff to press charges. I would like to see the State have mandatory charges brought against anybody who forces another person into having to resort to calling the Police for protection.

Perhaps talking about Williston's problem will help people talk about Minot's problem too.

That's one positive I see here.

What I hagve a problem with this article is that it's pointing out Williston. So, they get attention and more monies and wages are higher there than Minot. And Minot is just as bad with drugs, prostitution, assaults, violence and sor forth. In addition, Minot is bad with price gouging and wages aren't any higher here either. It's time to stop hiding and start addressing the problems Minot.
