We/They need more Phil and Kay (Duck Dynasty) and less Kim and Kayne. I blame the tree huggers/democrats that push the corporal punishment of kids, kids do not fear their parents or anyone else for that matter because they never got any real punishment for their actions. and this needs to change NOW.

There are even problems with our teens in our own backyard, but we don't address it #1 is the baby factory at Minot High School especially the last 5 years....this is part of the problem why there is overcrowding in the schools because these children are now of school age. #2 Bullyism not being addressed appropriately so these bullies grow up and become professional bullies #3 NDSU perfect example of just slapping people's hands with kid gloves. #4 Kids getting too many days off here in Minot for school during the year #5 Need I go on.......Back in the day there was probably only one or two who were having kids while in school but today...omg.....

You are right muly, we have been digressing for over 60 years. This country was not built by conservative democrats it was built by people who dared take a chance with their very own lives and families, not a bunch of conservatives sitting yakking about how they want things done.

When you have been at war constantly for the past 12 years and on and off wars for the past 60 years, society begins to crumble and troubling behavior by teens is merely a symptom of a society sickened by war and its economic toll.

We're getting poorer and less civilized by all of the war, which we have brought upon ourselves.

War is the problem, not troubled teenagers behaving like animals.

You reap what you sow.

Never had issues this bad when you went to church on Sunday and could spank a child once in a while. We have either single parent homes or dual parent with each their own career. One income family with one to stay home was nice but everyone has to keep up with the Jones'. We reap what we sow.
