Ramstad vandalism tops $100,000

Supt. Mark Vollmer said it will cost more than $100,000 to clean and repair the new Erik Ramstad Middle School following two vandalism incidents last week....

MPS shouldn't have to pay for the damage as it is still a construction site yet to be turned over upon completion? Contractors insurance should cover it during the construction.
