Taxes and insurance are not even mentioned in the study..those are the budget busters,and just like throwing money out the window,and now we will have Obamacare enacted soon,another windfall for insurance/financial industry.

I find this hard to believe about Minneapolis and cost of living because using a calculator for cost of living for a person making 50,000 in Houston Texas, they need 57,000 to live in Minot. In addition, does the Chamber ever consider the prices for Verendrye? In addition, groceries vary store to store because of the manager's specials within the store themselves. You have to take that in account and of course varies everyday and week.
